Shipping
​Once your order has been shipped you will receive a confirmation email regarding tracking information. Please be sure to track your shipment regularly. If you have any questions concerns or issues with delivery, please contact the delivery provider directly, as Flawlessly Polishedd LLC will not be responsible for any lost or stolen packages once delivery provider has received package.
Returns & Refunds
Due to COVID-19 and for the safety of our Flawless Customers. All sales of physical products or merchandise are final! Purchases are NON-REFUNDABLE, NON-RETURNABLE and NON-EXCHANGEABLE. See Warranty Info for ELIGIBLE PRODUCTS.

Websites & Designs
All forms (where applicable) and required information must be submitted within the requested time frame in order to begin services. If forms (where applicable) and/or requested information is not submitted within requested time frame the designer cannot guarantee estimated completion date, as all information is needed to begin service!
Refunds
All sales and orders are final. FPGraphix Services & Products are all considered custom and are approved by customer prior to finalization. Therefore, making the purchase non-refundable & non-exchangeable. Once customer has approved final design, the design will be sent via email to the email address provided at checkout.
